Kevin Lin is a veteran in energy systems engineering with over 15 years of experience across oil & gas and battery innovation.

He began his career at ExxonMobil, managing grid decarbonizat ion projects across North America.

Evie Lu brings a decade of leadership experience in international finance, supply chain, and B2B technology ventures.

As the founder of Zipterm,she built a cross-border finance platform servicing over 300 clients globally in trade and FX, now powering Blink ESS’s embedded finance infrastructure.

With a sharp instinct for brand strategy, global expansion, and partner ecosystems, Evie drives Blink’s market penetration and
long-term commercial vision.

Evie is bilingual in English and Mandarin, and has led business development across North America, China, and Southeast Asia.

Cliff Gary brings Wall Street rigor and financial discipline to Blink ESS, with two decades of experience in infrastructure finance, private equity,and renewable project funding.

Previously a VP at Brookfield Renewable Partners, Cliff structured over $1.2B in energy asset transactions and
helped scale mid-market solar and battery portfolios across the U.S. and Canada.


At Blink ESS, he oversees investor relations, financial modeling, debt structuring, and capital efficiency.

Mr. Evans has served as our Chief Revenue Officer since June 2023 and as President of Blink ESS since April 2025. Prior to his current role, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Partnerships.

Previously Vice President of Global Sales at Enphase Energy, Inc. from 2018 to 2023, and Senior Director of Business Development at SunPower Corporation from 2014 to 2018. Earlier, he was Director of Commercial Sales at SolarCity Corporation from 2011 to 2014.

Earlier in his career, he worked in the energy finance sector, where he specialized in structuring capital market solutions for large-scale solar and storage projects. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Michal Smith serves as Chief Legal Officer and Chief People Officer at Blink ESS, where he oversees all legal affairs, corporate governance, people strategy, and organizational development.

He also leads company-wide initiatives on compliance, health and safety, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.

Before joining Blink ESS, Michal held senior legal and leadership positions in the renewable energy and technology sectors, advising on corporate law, regulatory matters, and international business operations. He holds degrees in law and political science and contributes actively to industry associations focused on clean energy policy and corporate responsibility.
