Two systems.
One brain.

The Battery Management System (BMS) lives inside every rack — monitoring voltage, current, temperature and impedance on every cell at 1 Hz, balancing pack‑level state, isolating faults before they propagate.

The Energy Management System (EMS) sits above — commanding one cabinet or a thousand. It reads the utility meter, the PV inverter, HVAC loads and EV chargers, then dispatches the battery second by second to shave peaks, chase market prices, or protect the site during outages.

Both stacks are engineered in Canada, hosted on sovereign servers, and expose the same REST + WebSocket API — so building your own dispatch strategy is a Monday afternoon, not a six‑month integration.
